The mission of the Abigail Adams Project (AAP) is non-partisan voter education provided free of charge to users. By accessing and/or downloading the information, resources, materials or publications provided on the AAP website, users agree to the following;
All materials contained on the AAP website are copyrighted 2012 to the Abigail Adams Project. The Abigail Adams Project is a trademarked name/logo. The materials that appear within the AAP website are used by permission of the owner or created specifically for the Abigail Adams Project. All rights in such materials are reserved to the respective owners.
Users shall not reproduce AAP website resources with the intent to sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the resource materials.
- Users shall not send automated messages of any sort to the website messaging service.
- Users shall not duplicate, reformat or mirror information available through the AAP website to benefit another website or service without the express permission of the Abigail Adams Project's President or his/her agent.
- Users agree not to use the services of AAP to violate any law, disrupt AAP operations or services, or disobey any policies, procedures, regulations or requirements of networks connected to AAP.
- Users shall not copy or reproduce text, logo, graphic or sound, as it contains elements protected by trademark, copyright or other laws, without the express permission of the Abigail Adams Project's President or his/her agent.
- Users shall refrain from the use of profane, vulgar, or excessively hateful words or images in their messaging. We are a volunteer run organization and intend to protect our volunteers from such abuse.
Publication terms of use
Some materials produced and published by AAP are developed and intended for redistribution. In order to access these materials and gain permission to redistribute, users must abide by the following
- Users agree to provide their name, county, state, and zip code of residence in order to access AAP publications and resources.
- Users shall not, under any circumstances, alter or modify documents and materials indented for re-distribution, such as Voter Guides. All materials downloaded and printed for redistribution must be printed or transmitted in tact. Failing to reproduce this material in its entirety violates the AAP copyright and trademark.
- Users shall not distribute AAP materials, information or publications in a media broadcast format without the express permission of the AAP national office.
External Links and Project Partners
- External links on the AAP website are made available for the convenience of the user.
- Links do not automatically imply AAP endorsement of the organization or person publishing that site, nor does it imply that the organization or person represented in that link endorses AAP.
- Links are provided to Project Partners in return for past and/or current national support of AAP. Project Partners have offered non-monetary consideration to AAP and their organization's representation on the AAP website is simply our way of saying "thank you" for their help.
- AAP is not responsible for materials contained at any website other than AbigailAdamsProject.com. Users connecting via the provided links to Project Partners, Special Consultants, or other resources are, at that point, under the terms and conditions of those websites.
Limits of Liability
AAP does everything in its power to provide helpful, educational, factual and timely information. However, if you use or download information from this website, you do so at your own risk. These services are provided free of charge to the user and AAP makes no claims that the information provided is error-free, that the site will be secure, that the server that makes this site available is virus-free or that information on this site will be perfectly complete, accurate or timely.
While every effort is made to provide a safe web environment, the user is solely responsible for damage to their own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of information or publications. No advice or counsel offered through the Abigail Adams email or website system or obtained by this site shall create any warranty of any kind.

AAP reserves the right to:
