Security—Accessing the AAP website and the resources therein will provide us, automatically, with certain amounts of information. Your IP address and certain data recorded by our server will be used in our website management, but that information will only be made available to the AAP team in the event of a security threat or repeated/excessive violations of our terms of use.

User Information—We ask that users register by providing their name, county, state, and zip code of residence to access AAP publications and resources. We require this information to determine the publishing needs of users, and also develop volunteer and website resources to meet voter needs.

Volunteer Information—Volunteer resources are developed for the ease of our volunteers and the betterment of the Project. These resources are evolving daily, and our registered volunteers may be asked for additional information so we may more effectively organize our volunteer network. Information provided by volunteers will not be shared with any other organization, and will not be used without express volunteer permission for anything other than organizing the AAP volunteer network.
